In order to help more foreign students to understand our school，and attract more outstanding overseas students to come to the university for further studies, Yancheng Institute of Technology officially launches the recruitment for 2024 International Student Enrollment Ambassador（ISEA）.

Selection Criteria
1.热爱盐城工学院，熟悉校情，关心学校发展。
2.有一定的自媒体制作，图片、视频处理技能或社交媒体推广能力。
3.具有较强的责任心，严谨的态度，良好的语言表达、沟通和组织能力。
4.有较强的荣誉感，无违反校规校纪记录。
1.Have a passion for Yancheng Institute of Technology, a good knowledge of theuniversity’s various situationand care about school’s development.
2.Have social media content creation skills, photo and video editing, or social media promotion.
3.Possess a strong sense of responsibility, a meticulous attitude, excellent verbal communication, and organizational skills.
4.Having a strong sense of honor and no records of violation of school rules and discipline.

4.Participate in promoting various international education programs organized by the International StudentAdmission Office.

报名方式和活动流程
Registration & Procedures of the Event
第一步：报名
以个人或团队(不超过3人)为单位，填写附件中的申请表，在截止日期前提交至邮箱2912876414@qq.com。
报名截止时间：2024年11月25日
Step One: Registration
Submit the application form found in the attachment as an individual or team(no more than three persons) to the email2912876414@qq.com before the deadline.
Registration Deadline: November 25, 2024
第二步：选拔
国际学生招生办公室依据报名材料确定初步入选人员名单，组织面试，面试安排将通过邮件或微信单独通知。
Step Two: Selection
The International Student Admission Office will review the application materials to create a preliminaryshortlist of candidates and organize interviews. Interview arrangements will be notified via email or WeChat.
第三步：培训
国际学生招生办公室将对“国际学生招生宣传大使”提供线上或线下的培训，并提供宣传指南、招生简章等材料，以及宣讲和洽谈指导。
Step Three: Training
The International Student Admission Office will provide online or offline training for the "International StudentEnrollment Ambassador" along with guidelines for promotion, recruitment brochures, and guidance on presentationsand negotiations.
第四步：活动开展
团队（个人）报名完成后，自主开展招生宣传活动，并以图片、视频、文字等形式记录。
Step Four: Activity development
After registration is completed, the team (individual) conducts enrollment promotion activities and records them inthe forms of pictures, videos, texts, etc.
第五步：考核
1. 按季度梳理成果，提交小结报告。
2. 每年进行2次项目成果汇报。具体考核时间待后续通知。
Step Five: Assessment
1. Participants need to quarterly submit a summary report.
2.Participants need to conduct project achievement reports twice a year. The specific assessment time will benotified later.
荣誉与奖励
Honors and Awards
经过评审，合格的团队（个人）获得国际教育学院颁发的“国际学生招生宣传大使”荣誉证书，特别突出的团队和个人还将会获得奖金奖励。
After review, qualified teams (individuals) will be awarded the honorary certificate of International StudenEnrollment Ambassador issued by the International Education School. Outstanding teams and individuals will alsoreceive bonus rewards.
